We had a really enjoyable stay at City'S Hostel. The room we stayed in was clean, quiet, and had good heating. The lady at the front desk was lovely and very helpful. The location was perfect, within a few minutes walk to restaurants and close to the city center. The hostel also had a nice little patio and a well-stocked kitchen. we had a great experience.

Despite some minor drawbacks such as noise from other guests and a lack of fresh air due to the air conditioning, I overall had a pleasant experience. We had a fantastic stay at City'S Hostel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and the staff was always prompt with their email replies. They were incredibly helpful, providing us with parking and driving directions to the airport. The accommodation was very clean and well-maintained, with spacious and bright common areas. Our room was comfortable, with comfy beds and a large bathroom. We were even offered breakfast and snacks for our early departure. The modern key-code access and good wifi were also a plus. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Ponta Delgada!

The place is super clean, and the staff really goes out of their way to help you. The location is perfect, close to the centre but far enough to avoid all sorts of noise. The owner even provided a bicycle for me to explore the town. The service was excellent overall.

The room size was a bit small, and there were some issues with the duvet cover leaking. It was also disappointing to discover that the room booked with a balcony did not have one initially.
